New Ways to Use Coffee Creamer (Awesome Recipe Substitutions)

8:49:00 PM

Happy Day, Ladies and Gents! We are just getting home from celebrating Holland's birthday and I wanted to share a couple of accidental recipes that my family has fallen in love with.

I've mentioned in a few recent posts that I've been cutting back on my Caffeine intake. Which means less coffee. But, I have a ton of coffee creamer in my refrigerator waiting to be used! So, I started  getting a little creative and amping up some of my go to treats!

Cinnamon Roll Twists With Caramel Icing

For a little twist (pun intended) on our Saturday Morning favorite, I've ditched the pre made icing that comes with our cinnamon rolls and started making my own. Not only is it fluffier and richer, I've been having fun with customizing the flavors. My current favorite is this icing recipe that gives you just a touch of caramel flavor.

Fluffy Caramel Icing:
4 Tbsp Softened Unsalted Butter
2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
Approximately 3/4 Cups of Left Field Farm's Caramel Coffee Creamer (give or take for desired consistency)

Mix together until it's a fluffy icing and use to top your favorite Cinnamon Roll recipe. (We do store bought). I like to unroll them and braid two or three of them into a larger pastry.

When, I am in the mood for something a little fruity, I am always on board for a quick smoothie. And I love adding in some dairy for calcium and a thicker consistency.

Deliciously Easy Smoothies:
The one we enjoyed today was so simple it can hardly be called a recipe, haha! I just threw Four Strawberries, 1 Banana, 1 Cup of Left Field Farms Vanilla Coffee Creamer and some Ice into my blender. I didn't even get to finish mine because the kids kept stealing it from me! Which I was fine with, since there were no artificial sweeteners or ingredients.

So here are a few reasons why I was pumped to team up with Left Field Farm's for all of my coffee, pastry and smoothie needs:
They are Non GMO-Project Verified
They make their products From cows not treated with rBST
There are no Artificial Flavors
& Their products are made with real cream and real sugar

Plus, you don't have to drive to a specialty store or spend loads of money for these benefits. They're right there at Wal Mart with all of your other Groceries. And I should have a special Ibotta rebate for you this coming week, that way you can get the most out of your purchase!

Until then you can check out all of their flavors at your local Wal Mart.

Before you go, I would love to know if you have any favorite recipe substitutions or have a favorite food blogger that is always sharing recipe hacks! Let me know with a comment or shoot me a message.

Hope you have an awesome Weekend!
